Prints are ordered on demand and double checked for quality assurance before they are sent to purchasers.  If a product is damaged while in transit, proof will be required before refunds or exchanges can be made. Proof of damage must be provided within 2 days of delivery. If proof of claim is not made within 2 days of delivery, refunds/exchanges cannot be made. 

After an order is placed, shipping may take 7-14 days depending on production time.
